Do you have size charts?

Yes. We have size charts on each of our product pages. Located above the 'add to cart' button.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Yes we deliver worldwide. All products are delivered by Royal Mail. We also offer a local delivery option at checkout (within 5 miles of Newcastle BT33). 

How long does it take for an order to get dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all orders the next working day, but at busier times it may be 2 working days. 

Do you offer free delivery?

We offer free delivery on all orders over £35.00 for a limited time. We also offer a free local delivery option at checkout (within 5 miles of Newcastle, BT33).  

Can your prices be displayed in different currencies?

Yes the price of all our products can be display in either UK Pound, Euro, US Dollar. We have a currency change feature located at the bottom of our homepage. 

What is your returns policy?

You can return any product you receive from Mourne Way Apparel within 30 days of placing your order, as long as the item is unused and unwashed. We recommend using a trackable service to return products to ensure delivery. If 30 days have gone by since you placed your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To return an item please send us an email to mournewayapparel@btinternet.com. We'll then provide you with the address to return your item to. You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs are non-refundable. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we've received your returned item. We'll also notify you of your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

I'd like to exchange the product I ordered, what can I do?

You can exchange any product you receive from Mourne Way Apparel for another size or colour within 30 days of placing your order. If you need to exchange it send us an email to mournewayapparel@btinternet.com. We'll then provide you with the address to return your item to.

If we're sold out of the item you require we will provide you with a refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of your refund.
